New Story Kids

At New Story Church we are committed to reaching our children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Mission of New Story Kids

We want your kids to love coming to church! Our goal is to provide Biblical, Gospel-centered content through fun and age appropriate lessons so that your kids leave our classrooms knowing and loving Jesus more. Our classes and programs are taught and led by fully cleared and trained volunteers who have years of experience working with kids. Our programs encourage kids to build friendships with one another, live out their faith, and we strive to equip and support parents as they disciple their children (Deut. 6:4-9)

Club 316 is gearing up for 2023; will you be joining us?

Join us this summer for a New Story Kids version of summer camp meets VBS.
Over five weeks this summer kids aged 3-11 are invited to join us for high-energy team games, a bible message and fun with friends. This summer, kids will be split into teams by age! Kids will help their teams win points each week by wearing their team color, memorizing the bible verse, and bringing a friend!

  • They will have a Bible message where they will learn truths from God's Word that will impact their lives and hearts. This years theme: THE POWER OF JESUS!
  • They will play fun, high energy games!
  • They will make new friends and connect with leaders!

Why "Club 316?" - 'For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" - John 3:16

Wednesdays from  6-7:45pm at church!

FAQ for New Story Kids

What should I expect on Sunday morning?
If you are a first time visitor, you will get checked in at the New Story Kids check in desk, receive a fun welcome bag, and you and your kids will be walked to each of their classrooms.

We provide Sunday School for children aged 0-5th grade during both of our services at 9am and 10:45am. All rooms will be clearly marked and our Kid's Ministry Director will be there to answer any questions you have.

Safety and Security Policies:
When your kids are checked in, they will receive a printed name tag with a corresponding security code. Parents will use their security code to pick up kids at the end of class. If we need to page a parent for any reason during the service, your child's security code will appear on the bottom of the TV screens in the sanctuary. Kids will not be released to anyone who cannot provide their security code -- if a parent loses their security code they can speak with our Kid's Ministry Director at the check in desk.

All of our volunteers are fully cleared to work with children - they have cleared their PA Child Abuse Clearances, PA State Police Background Checks, and FBI Background Checks. Our kid's hallway is monitored by volunteer security guards throughout the service.

Other Questions?
  • If your child has not yet been to a Sunday school class, please email our Kids Ministry Director, Betsey Iannarelli to register them and make things easier on Sunday!
  • Please email Betsey with additional questions.
