Brand new to the Bible
The Bible can be super scary if you’ve never read it before.
Being new to anything feels daunting - even more so when that something holds such significance for your life. So where do you even begin? How will you understand what you’re reading? Can you just skip over the confusing stuff and skim over the boring stuff?
We’re in an era of headline news, 280 characters, and podcasts. How does one’s brain even process a book with 1,189 chapters?
Short answer: simply take the next step.
And we, the church, want to help you get there.
Anything worth pursuing takes time and there’s no easy answers or quick fixes when it comes to studying God’s word. It’s a lifetime pursuit that only gets sweeter with time. If it was quick or easy, everyone would know their Bible cover to cover.
